Yes, 100%! All products sold on Luvy Glam are 100% original and sourced directly from trusted brands or authorized distributors. We believe in delivering quality, always.

2. How long does delivery take?

Our standard delivery takes 3 to 5 working days. Please note that delivery may be slightly delayed during holidays or sale seasons due to high order volumes. 

3. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes! We offer Cash on Delivery for all orders across Pakistan.

4. What is your return/exchange policy?

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on makeup and beauty products. However, if you receive:

5. Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible. To cancel, reach out to us immediately via WhatsApp or email.

6. Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we are only delivering within Pakistan. International shipping is not available yet.
